- Refund Time: Within 1 day.

Delivery Day Return Policy
Our return policy is based on the delivery day, not the purchase day, to ensure you have enough time to inspect your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy for exchanges, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Customers can return both defective and non-defective products. Exchanges are also accepted. Products must be in new or slightly used condition, and returns are allowed within a 30-day window.
Customers can return items by mail, with our delivery personnel picking them up directly from their home.
A return label is included in the package at no cost, and there are no restocking fees. Refunds are processed within one day.
